A few useful answers.
Does the AI Visibility Tracker query AI platforms automatically?
No. This edition analyses responses you paste or import as CSV. It has no live AI-provider connection, scheduled scanning or background collection. Platform names are labels for your observations.
What is an observed mention rate?
The percentage of filtered saved responses containing your configured brand name or aliases in the response text. URL text is excluded from mention matching. It describes your saved sample, not all AI answers or audience exposure.
How are citations counted?
The tool extracts HTTP(S) URLs from saved response text and combines them with source URLs you supply. A response counts as cited if at least one URL matches your configured domain or its subdomain. It does not verify a provider’s citation interface or whether the link was followed.
Can I compare competitors?
Yes. Add competitor names, optional domains and aliases in Project Settings. The dashboard applies the same text and domain rules to each monitored brand.
Is the result a ranking score?
No. The dashboard reports observed mentions and URL matches from your sample. It does not provide a provider ranking, universal visibility score, search volume or guaranteed ranking improvement.
Can I track different countries and models?
You can record a region and model label for context. The application does not verify these labels or run a location-specific query. Use a consistent sampling process for comparisons.
Where is the data stored?
In this browser profile on this device. This local edition has no secure cloud account or shared team workspace. Export backups of important observations.
Can I purchase a subscription?
Plans lead to a checkout review. Live billing, automated provider collection and paid account activation are not connected. No payment is collected by this package.
